  • Partner and volunteer inquiries: organization details, contact names, and messages sent through the site.

How We Use It

  • Membership review: process applications, confirm context, and communicate status updates.
  • Member communications: send operational notices, event information, and updates tied to the services you asked for.
  • Site operations: manage portal access, content review, sponsor inquiries, and internal reporting.
  • Governance and recordkeeping: maintain records needed to review issues, enforce site rules, and respond to legitimate concerns.

Sharing and Consent

No sharing without consent

  • Default rule: HDBBA does not share personal information without consent.
  • Limited exceptions: information may be disclosed when required by law, needed to protect the organization, or necessary for a service provider helping us operate the site.
  • Third-party activities: if a facility or organizer needs your information for registration, that disclosure should happen with your knowledge and consent.
